Create Noise was founded by Andrea Walker-Williamson due to a personal experience that inspired her to create something new. Growing up, Andrea’s family was constantly watching entertainment separately because they were limited in finding companies that had movies they could watch together. Andrea noticed that there was a gap in the market for family-oriented content that showcased strong black leads who represented people who looked like her. She knew that she wanted to create content that would bring families together and promote a positive representation of the black community.
After completing her studies in film production, Andrea decided to take the leap and start her own production company. She named it Create Noise, inspired by the idea of creating a positive impact and making a difference in the entertainment industry. Her goal was to produce high-quality, family-oriented films that would showcase strong black leads and bring families togethe.
Since its inception, Create Noise has grown into a thriving production company, producing films that have touched the hearts of families across the country. Andrea is proud to have created a company that not only provides entertainment but also promotes positive representation and unity. She looks forward to continuing to create content that makes a difference and inspires others to do the same.
